I am not receiving the password reset/verification email

If you have entered your details correctly the password reset or email verification emails are always sent immediately. But you might not receive it immediately. We suggest you wait 15 minutes, then if it still hasn't arrived, check the following:

  1. Make doubly sure you are checking the correct inbox. Yes, this can sound like a simple one, but we have seen it happen to much smarter people than us! It's always worth a second look.
  2. Go through all folders and tabs. We can't know how your inbox is set up, but chances are there are inbox rules or automatic filtering by the email provider, so make sure you check everywhere because you never know where it'll end up.
  3. Make sure your inbox is not full. If the inbox is full, the email will silently fail and we won't be able to see that.
