What is the difference between the different forms?
We have several different forms and pages built-in to your Say I do website, but they might be confusing. Let's explain the difference.
Before we look at the difference, you might be wondering how you see all these forms. You can click "Forms & Questions" in the main navigation to see the list of forms you can use.
Wedding Website
This is your main wedding website. This is usually where you want to send your guests to find out information on your wedding, and for them to RSVP. You can add all your information here.

RSVP Form
This is where guests RSVP. If your RSVP is on, there is a button on your Wedding Website to get here, so you don't usually need to send your guests directly to this form.
If you want to send guests straight to your RSVP form, so they can skip the website info, you can send them here. It is usually easier to send them to the Wedding Website, but you might have a specific need to send them directly to the RSVP, if so, this is where you send them.

Guest Contact Details Form
If you have your guest list filled out with names but no contact details to go along with them, then this is the form for you. Send this form to your guests and they can lookup their name from your guest list and add their contact details. This form is perfect to drop into your group chats with friends or family and can save lots of time contacting people individually and entering their details.

Guest Self Entry Form
If you haven't filled out your guest list, but have ways to send a link to a bulk number of potential guests, this is the form you can use. Just send this form out and once people enter their details, they will go into a queue for you to review. Once you approve a guest or party, they will be instantly added to your guest list, along with all the contact details they provided at the time.
