How long do accounts last?

After the wedding: read-only mode

In the week following your wedding, your account will shift into a “read-only”-style state — you can still view it and access past data, but some features meant for the planning phase will no longer be editable.

Inactivity and closure

If there’s no additional activity on your account for the next 90 days, it will be closed. Thirty days after closure, all account data will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

If you still need to use the account (for example to send thank-you cards or update details), you can keep it active by signing in at least once every 30 days.

Paid upgrades & custom features

• Upgrades such as added features or increased guest-list sizes last for the life of your account.
• Some purchases (for example, a custom domain name) may include a fixed duration — check the terms of each individual purchase for details.
