Say I do is an Australian-based company. Although we operate outside the EU, we are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR for our customers in those regions. All personal data is handled lawfully, transparently, and only for the purposes it was collected for.

Your responsibilities as a couple

When you collect RSVP responses or upload a guest list, you act as the data controller for that information. Please only collect what you genuinely need, and ensure guests are aware their details will be processed through Say I do.
