How do I save an Excel file from a Mac?

To create a spreadsheet:

  1. Open the Numbers application on your Mac
  2. Fill out the spreadsheet (we recommend downloading the sample spreadsheet)

To Save your file as an Excel format file:

1. Click File, Export and Excel

2. Make sure Excel is selected and .xlsx is the format, click Next

3. Click Export

The Save As dialogue box to allow a couple to save their file

4. You are done! Now you are ready to Import your spreadsheet into Say I do
