Can I get a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Say I do purchase, we offer a full refund on packages within 7 days of purchase.

For Packages:

To get a refund, you will simply need to complete the refund form available here: Get a refund. This must be completed within a 7 day window after purchase. All refund requests made outside this window will not be honoured.

For Domain Names:

Purchases of Custom Domain Names are purchased via Say I do through the international registry for domain names and cannot be refunded once purchased. 

Purchases that include a domain name are not eligible for a refund. Accounts are closed once the refund is processed, but you are free to start a new account for free if you'd like.
