Can I get a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and no longer wish to use Say I do, we offer a full refund on packages within 14 days of purchase.

Packages

Package purchases are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind and request the refund within 14 days of purchase. To get a refund, you will simply need to complete the refund form available here: Get a refund. This must be completed within a 14 day window after purchase.

Custom domain names

Purchases of Custom Domain Names are purchased via Say I do through the international registry for domain names and cannot be refunded once purchased. 

Printable material:

Due to the nature of printable material, printable/downloadable materials cannot be refunded once purchased. Please make sure you are happy with the sample prior to purchasing.

SMS sending:

Sending credits are purchased and allocated to your account when purchasing an SMS sending upgrade and cannot be refunded once purchased.


Purchases that include a domain name are not eligible for a refund. Accounts are closed once the refund is processed, but you are free to start a new account for free if you'd like.
