My Website Doesn't Work

Here are some possible reasons why your website is not working when you or somebody else visits it.

Changes aren't live yet
When you make changes to your website, including activating and deactivating it, it can take up to 10 minutes for those changes to become live. If, after 10 minutes your website still isn't working, please get in touch with our friendly support team and we will look into it for you. 

You typed the address wrong
Yes, we know, this is too obvious of a mistake for you to make. But maybe just go back and make doubly sure! We wont tell anybody. You can click the Preview Website button on the Wedding Website page and it will take you straight there.

You haven't activated it yet
Check your website is active and available publicly. You have the ability to activate and deactivate your website at any time. Click on the Wedding Website page and make sure the Website Status option is set to On.
