I have been charged twice

If you have bought the same thing from us twice by accident, just get in touch with help@sayi.do and we will gladly refund you the mistaken purchase. Note that it can take up to a couple of days for this to happen, and your bank statement will usually be updated within 10 business days. However you should receive the funds back a lot sooner.
