The account verification email is not being received

If you have not received the verification email sent to you to verify your account, please check the following:

  1. Check all junk and spam folders
  2. Check all email rules that might have routed the email to a different folder
  3. Check all applicable Promotions/Inbox/etc tabs the email service uses

If you still cannot find the email, check that your account email address is correct. If it is not, please correct it so we can verify the correct email address.

If you have previously unsubscribed from emails from us, then the account verification email will not arrive. You can solve this by changing your account email address to another email address you own.

If the above does not work, you can opt for the manual email address verification. This takes approximately 5 business days, so we encourage you to solve it using the above first.

To manually verify your email address, send an email FROM your exact account email address to help@sayi.do with the subject line "Manual Email Address Verification". You will then receive a reply within a few days, which you need to respond to, and we will verify your email address.
