The account verification email is not being received
If you have not received the verification email sent to you to verify your account, please check the following:
- Check all junk and spam folders
- Check all email rules that might have routed the email to a different folder
- Check all applicable Promotions/Inbox/etc tabs the email service uses
If you still cannot find the email, check that your account email address is correct. If it is not, please correct it so we can verify the correct email address.
If you have previously unsubscribed from emails from us, then the account verification email will not arrive. You can solve this by changing your account email address to another email address you own. We are not able to send to email addresses that have previously unsubscribed from emails from us – so you will need to change your account email address to a different address that has not unsubscribed.
