Adding guests to your guest list

We have three methods of adding guests to your guest list.

Method 1: Manual Input

1. Click the Guest list in the left navigation
2. Select the 'Add Guests' button at the top of the screen
3. Select whether you want to add a Single, Couple, or Family (remember that you can add a +1 to a single person or anybody from a family)
4. Type in the name of the guest/s
5. Click "Save & add another guest" or "Save & go back" to view your guest list.

Method 2: Spreadsheet Upload

Method 3: Guests add themselves

1. You can opt to have guests add themselves by sending out a form to anybody you might like to add, and having them enter all their details for you to approve. We have a dedicated help page available here: Can guests add themselves to the Guest List?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a couple or family member see who is invited in their party?

Yes. When a guest RSVPs, they will be able to see a list of all the members in their party.

Can a couple or family member RSVP for their party?

Yes. A guest will RSVP for their entire party.

Can a couple or family member RSVP individually?

When any member from a Couple or Family submit their RSVP, they must do it for their entire party.
