How do I add a guest list from Word or my notes app?

If your guest list is in a Word document or Notes app, you can move it into Say I do manually or through our spreadsheet importer.

Word documents and notes can’t be uploaded directly.

For a shorter guest list

Add your guests manually:

1. Go to Guest List from the main navigation.
2. Select Add Guests.
3. Choose Single, Couple, or Family.
4. Copy the names and details from your document or notes.
5. Save and keep going.

Remember to group couples and families together so they can RSVP as one party.

For a longer guest list

Moving your names into our spreadsheet template will usually be faster:

1. Download the Say I do spreadsheet template.
2. Copy your guest names from Word or Notes into a spreadsheet
3. Follow the instructions to import from the spreadsheet using the spreadsheet importer

Check the spreadsheet carefully before uploading it.
