My Schedule Events Aren't Showing
If your schedule events aren't showing on your website, the most common reason is that the event is set to private. Your website is customised based on which guest is viewing it and events that are private will not show by default. Only once we have verified who the guest is that is looking at the page do we show the private events they are invited to. Ways we verify who the guest is include:
- They have clicked a link in an email you have sent through the Email Announcements feature within Say I do
- They have previously submitted their RSVP in the same session
Private events will always show during the RSVP process if the RSVPing guest is invited to the event.
